The Game:

Your Bullets. Our Hell. is a Top-Down Shooter where  you  can shoot enemies to hypnotize them so that they fight for you.

Until they don't  and decide to make your life a living bullet hell.

Until they don't  and go berserk to make everyone's life  a living bullet hell.

Theme  interpretation:

The theme of Hack-A-Jam 2021 was "Bad is good".  I interpreted this as enemies being initially being bad for you, then good for you, and after an entire soap opera's worth of back and forths, bad for everyone.
